Navigate to the search bar and enter your problem. Press Enter or click "Get Help". Log in to access the support options. Choose the appropriate product, select the appropriate category and confirm your selection. The system will provide you with support options to help you further.

I'm sorry to hear that someone stole your account, I know how frustrating it can be when this happens. Unfortunately when the account has 2-step authentication enabled it is impossible to recover it, although hope is the last thing you lose and I know you came here asking for help.

The only alternative I can recommend is that you contact Minecraft support and provide them with as much information as possible to try to recover it, as they would be the only ones who could help you in these cases.

I sadly have already tried reaching out to minecraft support however I was told to come here and ask for help. I will try again however.

Is it possible that somebody else had access to your account? If so, they could have been the reason for the ban. Problem is, you are responsible for your account at all times, and if you allow somebody else access, or somebody in the house gains access,
you are still held responsible for their actions. It is also possible, that somebody gained access to your account from another console. This happens when you give out your login details. You could contact phone support and have them open an unauthorized
access investigation, if you believe it was possible that your account was accessed without your knowledge. They will be able to determine if the violation occured from your console, or if it was logged in somewhere else. This will not necessarily change the
suspension though.

You can look at your enforcementn history on the same site

If you have multiple enforcement actions those can lead to a ban especially if it was hate etc eyc

And no if they denied you there is no other choice
