is there anyway to get further information on why my appeal was denied?

got suspended for apparently "account posting an inappropriate feed item."

have no clue what image it is

i dont even use the feed feature on Xbox

i dont post on the feed

requested the suspension to be lifted

denied without any further detail besides "you did something wrong"

is there anyway to get help from support about this issue?

i really dont understand how i "posted" an item, though i have never actively posted on the feed.

the problem is that i dont even manually upload to feed,

so i was banned for something i didnt even upload myself
