    I have spent hours on the phone with support trying to find a resolve. Is there any way to escalate an issue? I have the order number and emails showing the return.

    I bought tiny Tina’s wonderland on Black Friday. I accidentally bought the wrong version. This is one of the few games that the Xbox one version can not be upgraded or play the dlc’s. I went in and asked for a refund online bc I have the S and I was going to buy the correct version. I then noticed that the game was significantly more expensive. I bought several games so I didn’t play this one immediately. The x/s version with all content was under 20 bucks on Black Friday. I unfortunately had already made the request for the return and it was automated before I noticed the price. I have spent hours trying to find a resolve with very poor customer service. I finally just asked to reverse the action of the refund so I could at least play the base game. I have hit brick walls and bad customer service. Is there a way to get someone that can help me?

    Why am i getting suspended for months old "looking for group" posts that have nothing against TOS in the description?

    no point trying to contact support in anyway, they will not listen, they will not log it, they are not allowed to intervene, and they will not escalate the issue to enforcement. the system is completely broken and not fit for purpose. Also, it is not a hacker that is doing it but there useless AI systems.

    get it on one of the new maps, since you need to go 1-50 anyway.

    i recommend escalation.
