    Is there anyway to cancel an xbox live gold subscription to an account I can't access anymore?


    So it turns out my mum had been paying for both my old and new xbox live gold subscriptions without realising, and now i can't access my old account as we don't remember the email and password and it needs this to sign in on my old 360.

    Can someone help? maybe someone actually at Microsoft as their support line doesn't work?

    Please its really stressful trying to fix it at the moment

    I was in a similar situation, but I was paying for ultimate in two different accounts. Unfortunately, since you don't remember the email you may have to contact your billing institution and try to deal with them.

    Without being able to sign into the account, you would have to contact support and speak to billing to see if they can cancel it for you. You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change the category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works.
