    Is there anyway I could submit another appeal for the permanent suspension?


    Hi I’m that’s my gamertag.

    I’ve recently received a permanent suspension for “manipulating the followers with a third party software.” I woke up one morning to check that I have over 100+ notifications, it appeared to be that someone botted my Xbox account’s followers. I tried contacting some players in the community about it and they said that Xbox do not care about your follower count. But now they’re banning people because of it which is absolutely unfair. Is there anyway I could just get my account back? I’ve spent thousands of hours and money on that account and it hurts to see it go over Xbox followers. Even if I got another case review to appeal, it’s still going to come back denied either way, I’ve never seen anyone get an appeal approved with a permanent suspension. I feel like the Xbox enforcement team do not care and just deny it for no reason at all. Would it be possible if I could at least contact them on the phone to get my Xbox account back? Also, it doesn’t show that “botting Xbox followers” considered a violation in the community standards. So, that means it’s allowed but the enforcement team still suspended me for it which doesn’t make any sense.

    Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team and the only possible way to have a ban reversed. If they denied the appeal, there is no way to submit another one and nothing else can be done.

    No. Support is unable to assist with anything regarding bans/suspensions
