Is there anything you can do about unwarranted suspension?

I attempted to change my profile picture the other day to a photo of Hasbulla at a firing range.

Not even ten seconds later i got an email saying my account was suspended from sending messages, joining party’s etc. which was already weird because i changed my profile picture why was my account communicating banned?

I tried to appeal because the photo wasn’t even that bad and they denied it immediately. They sent me a following email stating the rules which are below

• Profanity, harassment, slurs, or otherwise inappropriate language
  
• Intent to harm or harass another person
  
• Text, images, or links that depict nudity or are sexual in nature
  
• References to illegal drugs
  
• Depictions or descriptions of real-life violence or excessive violence/gore
  
• Children in harmful or unsafe environments or situations
  
• Personal information belonging to yourself or other individuals
  
• References to hate groups, terrorist organizations, or notorious figures
  
• Inflammatory text, images, or links directed towards specific demographic groups
  

Now im even more surprised i got banned in the first place because the photo in question doesn’t have any profanity, slurs, no sexual/nudity, no reference to any hate group what so ever, no reference to any violence, or any reference to drugs, no intent to harm. The only one I thought it could be was a “child in a harmful and unsafe environment” but at the same time im pretty sure xbox knows what dwarfism is and wouldn’t believe someone with dwarfism is a child. Thats kinda discriminative and

I really feel like i got wrongly suspended
