Is there anything trustworthy about this this theory over mcbe's graphics and Nvidia's...

In the Minecraft shader community, there is a certain suspicion going on over why Minecraft Bedrock Edition devs have not given the render dragon shader engine code to get community shader support for render dragon which is encrypted after they released render dragon for RTX. And Minecraft RTX Bedrock was developed by a partnership between Microsoft/Nvidia and probably Mojang. Many Minecraft shader fans are angered by the long wait times for the community shader support and the quiet behavior over it by the bedrock devs.

People proposed a theory that a businesses monopoly was being made over mcbe's graphics involving Microsoft and Nvidia that they have to keep the RTX official in bedrock edition the only graphical enhancements possible excluding community RTX packs. Regardless activating RTX requires a Nvidia RTX 2060 or equal/higher to activate it, these things costs more than 600$-1000$ at the very least and not the average, it basically becomes buy it or get rekt strategy.

Most of the Minecraft community doesn't have hardware capable of that and why would you get RTX when you could just get shaders. According to the theory, this would make the official RTX less popular. And this is all I know about this situation. If you want to respond I highly recommend investigation and looking at the Minecraft subreddit fourm posts about render dragon shaders as well as the Minecraft feedback post about bringing community shaders back to render dragon before it's appropriate to respond.

BTW, some people are also applying the monopoly theory into why Xbsx and PS5 aren't getting RTX probably because Nvidia doesn't profit of over those specific consoles.
