Is there anything that can be done about a false ban in call of duty?

So a while back I launched modern warfare 2 and it crashed. When I launched it again I was permanently banned for no reason. I went to appeal the ban on Activisions website around 12AM that night, because that's when this happened. Within 3 hours they responded with an automated message saying I'm permanently banned for manipulation of game data. Now I'm also banned in Modern Warfare 3 off the bat because of this incident. Nobody at Activision even looked at my case.

As long as you have not done anything to violate the code of conduct, you have nothing to worry about. They can be banned for filing false complaints. The best thing to do would just be to ignore them.

a lot of games have gone this way now and i can`t see anything ever being done about it other than banning them one by one.

borderlands,dead island,red dead redemption,most of the call of duty games and more,all ruined by modders.

I still don't understand why I was banned I have not done anything to get suspended I don't do anything much but play Gta V and call of duty and watch youtube there is no reason to suspend me I would love to talk about being unsuspended and back online

You can't get banned or anything from mutliple reports. The enforcement team investigates all of the reports they receive. So as I said, if you've done nothing wrong, you have nothing to worry about. The other person and his friends can be banned for filing
too many false complaints.
