Is there anything I can do to get un combanned I think this is unrightful

I took an a clip of cyberpunk 2077 I wanted to write down my customization options so I could use it on a different character I do so and continue playing 20 minutes later I invite a friend to the party and I'm communication banned I checked the website and I'm supposed to be banned for 30 days almost 22 days to be exact in what reason should I be banned for taking a clip of a game that is easily bought on the store

I am sorry to hear you are frustrated by your suspension. If your appeal has been denied then it means the enforcement team have manually reviewed your suspension and verified that it is valid. I am afraid there is no further option available to you; you must wait out the suspension period.

Keep in mind that whatever it was that broke the XBOX Community Standards and lead to the comm ban may not necessarily have been whatever you were just doing at that time - it could have been something that was on your account, profile, message history or activity feed for a long time that has only just come to the attention of or been reported to the Enforcement team and been acted upon.

This forum is staffed by volunteers and gamers like yourself, not Microsoft staff, so we can't offer you any greater insight into the reason for the ban. I can only suggest you have a read through the Community Standards and going forward ensure that you only ever write, say or post anything on the XBOX platform and service that you would be happy for, say, your grandma to see

I had already submitted an appeal and they declined it I do not understand how I could be com banned for something like this
