Is there anything I can do to get my account back?

This is Deathhugs boyfriend, the ban is actually really messed up. I have his Xbox account on my console and I can back him up on this. The only sexual content I found was us texting each other about how our last relationships ended and explaining the dirty quotes we were sent by our ex's. There is nothing posted in his activity feed or any of his social clubs, he hasn't sent anyone sexual content of any sort. Just letting everyone know that we both just found out the hard way that you can get permanently banned for talking about relationships.

I already did and apparently the ban is for sexual content, I'm guessing Microsoft doesn't like when u type "I love u" to your own boyfriend because that's the only thing I can think of that would be considered sexual, I never sent any pornographic material or even talked about it to anyone on Xbox except him, I'm literally 16 years old and have no possible way of obtaining anything pornographical. I'm honestly extremely upset how a simple relationship can cause a complete console ban...

I still find it funny how they don't tell me what I did wrong till after the fact, lets give me a reason to justify in my appeal till after the appeal is denied, they gave me the reason for my ban that I have solid evidence to work with after I get denied and can no longer fight the ban. Just ban me first and go away with the evidence apparently... Don't even get me started about the games like GTA5 that literally show straight up nudity... U allow that but u don't allow players expressing feelings towards each other privately where no one else can see the conversation?
