    I cannot view game clips since the latest update the other day.

    okay I found the report a problem option. But when I click on it it tells me that I'm doing the preview dashboard and it needs an update . I'm not doing the preview dashboard program. it doesn't say anything about reporting any problem it just wants me to
    update the preview program. please help

    Hi

    If you have previously been in the program all you need to do is download the Xbox Preview Dashboard/Xbox Insider Hub app and then re enrol your console in the program.
    I cannot I recently upgraded from the 360 and I needed to be invited in order to get the preview dashboard app

    I really wouldn't say that your error has anything to do with the dashboard preview. Go contact support.

    I think with this new dashboard now under the preview program, you just have to go that one extra step now

    The dashboard preview on the 360 and the One are separate things as I understand it.

    You would need to get invited into the One preview program to take part in it.
