    Is there anyone on Customer Service Line? XBOX CONTROLLER ISSUE


    I've been online 1 hr and 30 minutes, really as more of a personal challenge at this point. I'm trying to get through XBOX controller replacement request online, but they've built that system to no actually work (I believe). I get an error w/ XBOX controller
    replacement request process every time, usually something like "Microsoft has refused to login". I can't complete my request. I had a controller for maybe two weeks until the right side buttons quit functioning RB/RT. I had purchased the most recent because
    non of my other 3-4 controllers work reliably any more either. I don't want to crack open the controller yet as it's brand new, and that probably voids the warranty.

    As someone w/ an XBOX ONE thinking about next console, this is making the decision painfully clear. I don't know what Playstation Customer service is like, but I can't imagine it could be any worse than this. I also never had the level of issues with Playstation
    controllers, when I previously owned PS3, that I constantly have w/ my XBOX controllers. For ~ $60 this should be a much better product, or at a minimum support your product warranties with actual customer service. I'm pretty sure this whole process is
    designed so Kids give up and just ask mom/dad to buy a new controller.

    Any additional suggestions, or do I just wait online all day?

    Disappointing Experience with Customer Support

    White the Xbox customer support line has helped me out many times in my 7 years of owning an Xbox. That doesn't mean they helped me to resolve the issue every time. Whenever I call them they tell me to hold on as I can hear them flipping through pages.
    That's disappointing but such is life. Sometimes I have trouble understanding their English. This is how things usually go with a lot of customer support lines. If that was the worst customer service interaction of your life, count yourself lucky. There's
    a big chance you will have worse ones in the future.

    As Lost said people on the forums can help too. What exactly is your problem?

    You do have the opportunity to speak with someone from Microsoft about your customer service experience. Just call customer service and tell them you're disappointed with the customer service they gave you while you were speaking with customer service. 1-800-4MY-XBOX.

    Are you sure you haven't bought something else and just forgot about it?

    Call the Customer Care line or Customer Service line and see if they can help :)
