Is there anyone else besides Enforcement with whom I can file a complaint?

Hello,

I have just received an email telling me that I was banned for tampering with the service. I don’t even understand how I could’ve possibly done that because, well, I didn’t. I will even bring my banned Xbox in for a a checkup for any installed software if that's what it takes to prove that I didn’t. I also have 0 repeated offences, and not once did I ever get into any problems. Still, the enforcement team denied my appeal, so I am left confused.

I have thought about calling to complain to Microsoft .

I have tried to contact them about it but they brushed it off. I don’t even know if they even bothered to take a look.

If the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do. Anyone can file a complaint on your for any reason, but the enforcement team won't take action unless they determine you've done something to violate the code of conduct/terms
of use. So it doesn't necessarily matter why your friend was filing the complaints.

File a complaint, posting here isn't going to help anyone, if you file that complaint the enforcement team will look into it.
