    Can anyone besides the AI answer? This is a humbling experience and I’m not even the one was on the account… this is my personal long term account. Please help me Xbox, I’ll do absolutely anything to correct this :// I’ll pay whatever, I’ll write a formal apology. It can’t end this way, I’m in literal tears over what my nephew did. Please help me Xbox please

    Please refrain from creating duplicate threads. As mentioned in your original thread, an appeal is the only way to contact the enforcement team and as they have denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done. No one else can contact them for you.

    nothing you can do, support are not allowed to assist, you get one appeal and that is it, there is no other way to contact enforcement, basically it is a broken system which utilises AI and biased humans.

    @Obsessive: I'm aware of how exactly the system works; I was just trying to make a point. Besides, if it was completely automated, we wouldn't have an enforcement team. Unfortunately, with said team, human error can occur.

    They are humans who review every report filed before handing out any enforcement action.

    You wont be suspended for just saying the word "horrific".You would need to log on to the enforcement site HERE to see why you were suspended & to file for a case review
    if eligible.
