    Is anybody there????

    I have posted several times and never received an answer. The daily challenges wont load and the classic jigsaw stole all the puzzles I have bought in the past and I have tried 3 times to buy new one and it took my gold and never gave me the puzzles. The
    app turns itself off sometimes, just disappears. I thought when I paid for the premium jigsaw I would at least get an answer from support about the problem but it hasn't happened yet and I always see several other people leaving posts with the same problems
    with no answers. This has been going on for many many months now. Please respond !!!

    Hey there ScrappyClock1.

    Since this issue began, have you tried uninstalling the game, restarting your PC, and reinstalling it to see if that helps?

    Since this issue began, have you tried uninstalling the game, restarting your PC, and reinstalling it to see if that helps?
