Is there anybody out there?

This is a f*cking joke! I spend $500 on a brand new xbox one and the bloody thing keeps turning itself off, I can't get it to come on for more than 30 seconds before it turns off. How do you get help? There is no phone number to call, I can tweet, and get
no response, I can ask some random dude out there to give me some advice but I can't actually speak to a human being who can tell me what the **** I've spent my $500 on!

Feel like I am in the "PINK". Paid for the premium for 1 year and this game still doesn't work properly and it looks like there is no one from this game software who gives a crap from all the posts.

Listing problems: 1. cannot delete puzzle collections. 2. because you cannot delete used puzzle collections this leads to second problem of not being able to download new puzzle collections. 3. shuts down game in middle of playing and have to reload, this
happens less in premium, before I paid for this crap it would shut down very frequently.

Where do you go for refunds?

why is there never an answer to all the questions here? I have never recived any keys after after compliting the community goals... I am trying to read the support pages to find answers, but nobody seems to get any answers here?????

 

Hi there,

if the console is brand new (as in bought in last couple of days) you should be able to return it to the store to exchange it for a new one in most regions, since this isn't how the console should be working.

Regarding the issue itself also be sure to try if the same things happen on a different wall socket.
