Is there any way to recover deleted chats from the Xbox app?

If you did in fact delete your world, then no, there is no way to recover it.

Have you checked the message dialog history on the xbox app for Windows 10 if it is there? If you have deleted it from your chat history, there usually is not a way to bring it back.

Xbox stores chat history for a limited period of time, usually around thirty days. Once the messages are deleted, they are removed from the servers and cannot be accessed directly. There is no way to recovered them onde deleted.
