    Hi. I recently got a minecraft : windows 10 edition redeem code.

    I tried to redeem, but it says it's already used.

    I haven't redeemed this code and it's not on purchase history.

    I'm sure this code was activated by other.

    So I want to know when and where this code was activated.

    Is there any way to get the information about that?

    I couldn't find the solution on microsoft webpage. which is why I'm asking here.

    im not sure they can tell you the location it was redeemed, but if you call the support number they can help you out

    I don't believe you can actually get that information, however I suggest you email or call customer support and explain the situation. There are a multitude of situations that could've happened but they can help you resolve this issue.

    Maybe the support team could answer this. But even if they don't could tell you that because of the privacy I would recommend to contact the seller of that code and ask for a refund or a new one.
