    I was wrongfully banned and was confident the appeal would go in my favor.

    Someone was harassing me in my messages - repeatedly saying they had sex with my mother. I replied and said “well she’s a dead body and you’re bragging about necrophilia” and got banned for that exact message.

    I appeal and explained how the other player was actively bragging about having sex with my dead mother, and i got banned for pointing that out.

    But still didn’t win the appeal. Is there anything i can do to point out the flaw in their system here? Anything? Kind of ridiculous they don’t check for context around these messages.

    How can i leave feedback to the enforcement team?

    That's not a flaw you didn't understand how the system works

    The pet only sees the code thata it

    If you violated the code you get punished it doesn't matter who starts the fight ita the msg that is reported that counts

    Basically dont retaliate just report.and block and ignore

    I am sorry to hear about what happened. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. I am afraid that there are no other contact channel for Xbox Enforcement team as they work offline. We could only get in touch with them when we report a player or file a case review.

    Being spammed and harrased

    Reporting the person and blocking them is the only way to stop this. Once they are reported, they will be looked into by the Enforcement Team. The block will stop you receiving any more messages from them.

    The enforcement team won't give specific information regarding suspensions. So except for looking through your messages to see if any of them violated the code of conduct, there's no other way to find out.

    Naming and shaming isn't allowed on the forums.

    Also, if the other user reported your messages then the Enforcement Team would look in to them and if offensive would receive a suspension.

    Instead of responding, you should report any offensive messages they send, block the user and ignore. the Enforcement Team will look into those.
