    Back in August I had my Elite V2 controller replaced after it suddenly developed many faults such as the rubber covers falling off of the trigger locks, RB becoming completely unresponsive, stick drift in the left stick and unresponsive paddle buttons. I
    got a replacement controller within a week and this (I assume refurbished one) has only lasted about 3 months after developing unresponsive bumper problems and one of the rubber trigger lock covers falling off again. The Microsoft site just sends me in a loop
    trying to find a way to send it back because there is currently no way to talk with a Microsoft support assistant.

    If anyone is experiencing a similar experience with returns at this time and found a way to contact someone, please let me know.

    Unfortunately if you haven't bought Microsoft Complete the Elite Controller is indeed just under warranty for 90 days according to the

    Standard Limited Warranty     from Microsoft. Especially because you bought it in the USA but are in China right now it is hard to get extended service as China is really limited.

    I think the best option you have right now is to open the controller and look if maybe something is keeping it from making contact.

    UPS clearly have no idea where my package is.

    Since 7/1/21 when it left Nothampton it has travelled hundreds of miles up and down the UK and is now in Ireland!

    Is there any way to contact any of the idiots at UPS or Microsoft?

    Service has been pathetic and nobody wants me to contact them.
