Sorry, I should've worded this better. My original email associated with the account is fine. But they changed the email associated with the Minecraft account.

Hi Lucas, Is there any way you could tell me if there is an account associated with my email? Because i know of one and the minecraft doesn’t appear to be on that one, can you have more than one microsoft account linked to an email?

as far as I know you are only able to change the associated Microsoft Account connected to an Xbox Live account via the xbox 360 console.

Currently there aren't any other ways to change the associated Microsoft Account (email address) sorry

Thank you for taking the time to reply to this thread.

There is currently no way to transfer services in-between accounts, however, there is a way to

change the email that is associated with your Microsoft account, as long as this email is not already associated with another Microsoft account.

If the email you want to use is already associated with another Microsoft account, then you will need to change the alias of that account first, before you are able to use that alias on another account.

I hope this was able to clarify any confusion this might have caused.

As far as I'm aware, email addresses and Microsoft accounts are different. I don't want to change the email of the Xbox account, but rather the Microsoft account that's associated with it itself. I can't add an existing Microsoft account as an alias so is there
any other way? Years ago all I needed to do was switch out the email but it simply isn't the case anymore.
