    I'm sorry to say, but it is not possible to downgrade the Xbox OS, or get the previous dashboard design in any way.

    However, you can share this feedback with the Xbox team.
    You can perform this action by downloading the report a problem app and following these steps here https://support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/manage-account/xbox-insider-hub-report-a-problem > Report a new problem.

    Your friends are enrolled in Xbox insiders and therefore have a non-stable version of the new dashboard.

    Using Group by letters helps, I use the medium tile setting.

    No. Once there is a new update, you can't go back to a previous version.
