Depending on what resolution you set your clips to record at, I had mine set on 1080p and when I went to record an insane clip of me destroying 3 choppers in the sky with one RPG in warzone, it only recorded 4 seconds of the 30 second clip. So it is a
known bug but setting your resolution of your clips in settings to 720p should decrease the chance of it happening.

Same here, only for Battlefield 4 though, FIFA 14 and Forza records 30 second clips fine.

There is a way you can get longer than 1 second clips on Battlefield 4 while the 'record that' is broken for it. You can snap Game DVR, choose to End Clip and record the last couple of minutes of gameplay up to the last 5 minutes, the only downside is that
your waiting with your screen snapped while it renders the video.

Also the I have people on my Friends list that don't seem to have this problem with the 'Record That' clips, so I don't think it is a general problem.

I don't have an answer, but I do have videos with and without sound. After my "Record That" prompt, the resulting 30 second DVR clip has sound. When using the DVR's Start Recording feature to record and edit a 2:49 video, the audio is not present.

A couple of days ago when I was trying to record 4k, Xbox recorded the clip, but when I wanted to watch it the clip was ruined. Clip was 30 seconds and first 2 seconds there was motion and after 28 seconds it was static screenshot.

So recently when I record a clip (30 seconds 1080p), it will usually record only the first 5-7 seconds of the clip. I am not low on my storage for clips or for my Xbox One X in general. I've been playing Gears 5 and want to record a highlight but its frustrating
when only a few seconds record. I've reset my Xbox already, ideas?
