Hi there only certain games allow language changes if you go into the games settings and check under either audio or video and see if there is anything that says language options and change it to your desired language. Unfortunatly if there is no way to
change in game I am not sure if you can change it outside of the game. I might be wrong though but as far as I am aware from testing it myself there isnt a way to change outside the game. Hope this helps and hope you are well and safe.

You cant gameshare between xbox and pc

You can login and download playanywhere titles and then people on your pc can use the games but no they cannot access xgu from pc only the primary can

XGU on xbox only allows the primary to download and install games from gamepass

As I said home console is only a xbox feature

But not install them from any other account
