How exactly did you associate the Mojang account to another Microsoft account? There isn't a way to unlink a Microsoft account from a Mojang account unless you directly talk to Minecraft Support.

Mojang should be able to see your account on their system and should be able to unlink it from a Microsoft account

But there's no way to unlink my XBOX account from a Microsoft account without creating a new Microsoft account?
