About 2 years ago I was permabanned on xbox which I was still not given a reason for but im fully aware that I did say some bad things to people that I shouldn't have said but there was reasoning and I was in a bad spot mentally for a while and have changed alot so I was wondering if my account is still recoverable and if there's anyone who can help instead of me being told there is so solution.

No. You would have had to contact the enforcement team back when it was first banned to see if they made a mistake and that could have lifted the ban if possible, but they do not review bans that are over 12 months.
