    Is there any way I can get my money back for something I didn’t purchase


    Someone paid for two call of duty bundles using my card on 04/05/2025 I need both of those cancelled and a refund. I am very upset and had some important to do with the money that was removed from my card.

    If you know which account these charges are coming from, you should sign in to that account and request a refund from this website:

    https://www.xbox.com/refunds

    If you don't know the account, you must immediately report it to your bank, it is possible that your data is compromised.

    Well when trying to purchase something it basically acts as if I didn’t have any money in my account and tells me to put a way to pay but as I said before I have money in the account

    Would be great to double check this, probably you received the message about the given balance in your Xbox messages

    Check the time zone, if it's on your local time. You could try with this proof ask Microsoft support to restore the money if applicable
