Is there any way I can get credited for my missing content?

We may just need to perform steps to fix the error, Nicolas. Kindly follow the steps below and then try downloading the DLC again.

Thank you so much for the detailed information and that will not be possible, we really just need to perform troubleshooting steps to try and fix it. We need to make sure that the DLC is successfully purchased under the account that you're using, please follow the steps below:

Once confirmed kindly remove and re-add your account.

I follow the steps directly, and this did not fix the problem. Every time I open black ops 2 and go to the store to download the packs, it pulls me into a buy screen where I have to confirm my purchase on the Xbox 360, after pressing confirm purchase I get a pop up saying, “premium content is blocked for this profile

To change your privacy & online settings go to settings, privacy.” Even after trying to fix my privacy settings. The issue still continues and I’m not able to download the content. Can I please get credited for what I’m missing. Due to the fact the after researching my issue so far no solution has been found.

I have the same issue. Funny how there is never an issue to charge our credit cards but so many issues with things not working. Is there any way to get a credit or to return this unusable content?

Is there any way I can refund it for Microsoft credit or something to where I can get money to get it on my pc
