Is there any way i can get a replacement controller, if i already got rid of the broken one

I'm sorry to inform you that the only way to receive a replacement for your Xbox controller is by sending the one that is not functioning correctly to Xbox while it is still under warranty and if has stopped working due to a factory defect. If you do not send it or if it is no longer under warranty, I'm afraid it is not possible to do so.

It's a common things with controllers, hopefully you got a warranty with their controller so you can get a free one to replace the broken controller.

If it is broken and out of warranty throw it away and purchase another one.

I literally just got the controller. I cant afford that crap, whyd they send out a broken controller to replace a broken controller?

Don't have another controller. Got this one to replace a broken one.

I sent in my day one edition controller to be fixed the outside shell wasnt *** in properly. The "repaired" one I got back was also faulty. The joysticks click when moved. Isn't that something that should be checked before shipping?? Do I have to wait another
2 months to get a broken controller sent to replace my broken controller??? Frustrated...
