Is there any way anyone can unlink an ea account from my Xbox account

I’m sorry to hear you already have an EA account linked to your Microsoft account.

However, it is important to point out that it is not possible to unlink an EA or any third party account from your Microsoft account, the process always needs to be done in the EA or the third party account linked accounts management site.

As you’re not able to do this, you can try contacting EA support to review if they can offer you other options.

You should be able to unlink your Xbox account from your EA account by signing into your EA Account and under your profile info you should see all the linked profiles.

I can't get into my EA account anymore though. So is there a way I can do this from my Xbox account?

only ea can unlink it, but there is another way to get in and unlink.

head over to https://www.ea.com/

click sign in then select the xbox logo and sign in with your xbox live account, here you can then unlink the ea account

Unfortunately, there is no way to unlink your Xbox account from your EA account without signing into the EA website and unlinking it from there.

If you don't remember your EA account credentials, please go to the EA website and click to sign in. On the sign in page, select the Xbox logo and try to sign in using your Xbox account. If they are still linked, you should sign in to your EA account. From there, go to Connections and unlink the accounts.

The account connection is created on EA's side, therefore it can only be unlinked from EA's side.

When signing in to the EA website, choose to login with your Xbox profile. This should allow you to access the linked EA account.
