    Hi Mister Maka,

    The point is that I have never recieved any code. I told the french support in time, after more than a month doing nothing (plus difficulties of comprehension with the french support), they told me to refer my problem on this forum.

    The french support opened a file on my name, I can PM you the number if it helps.

    Purchased a video with French audio instead of English

    So I accidentally purchased a tv series in French audio and I don't speak one single word of french is there any possible way of making it into English? I'm highly doubting that there is a way

    import xbone-prepaid cards

    If the language tied to your billing account is French then you would redeem in French you can purchase prepaid card from any country that sells them go to support top of page in the dropdown go to Xboxone I think its in billing where you will find info
    on prepaid cards hope this helps
