    Is there any real or manual way a support representative can help me get into my account ?


    I have contacted Microsoft support and no one has been able to help me get into my account. Everytime I do the account recover or reinstatement it sais that information is wrong . I made the account when I was 12 years old and am now 23 and used my grandfathers email and phone numbers I have his email but the phone number is no longer in service. I have debit card xbox any information that is being used on the account but still cannot get past the automated system. I need actual help and animated help due to so much money being put on that account over the years pls help

    Keep in mind that, without access to your recovery e-mail and/or phone number (2FA), it is not possible to recover the account.

    I'm sorry you have this problem, researching on the internet I was able to find that in the forum, independent advisor Laura recommends the following steps for a solution.

    In order for you to recover access to your Microsoft account, you must answer the Microsoft Account recovery form where a series of questions will be asked that you must answer. When you have had the score accepted by the server to change the password and access the account.

    Note: The person who has access to the new validation means will be able to cancel any recovery process that is attempted, because they will be able to confirm the requested verification codes.

    While filling out the form, we recommend that you keep the following information in mind that may be of help to you:

    During this process, reply to the registration from a trusted computer or device that you're signed in to from Outlook.com.

    Also, make sure that the data you entered when creating your account is as accurate as possible.

    The form will ask you for message subjects and email addresses of other contacts. In this case of not remembering any information from the messages, check with your family, friends, study or work colleagues, if they have any email so that they can inform you of this information.

    When you finish, the system will assign you a registration number that will be important to us. You will be able to see it in the secondary email that you added during the form and you will also be able to view it at the end.

    Also, we recommend that you establish communication with XBOX support so that they can inform you if it is possible that while you recover the other account, you can transfer your Gamertag to another account and likewise the additional folders.

    Support advised me to ask here, because they're out of ideas, save for just cutting my losses and starting a new account.

    The support representative I spoke with seemed to think that an Xbox support member could possibly manually get the change password email sent to my current email. Or just tell me what's wrong with my Gamertag.
