Is there any possible way to speak to a customer service representative on the phone?

Is the entire customer service apparatus of Xbox designed entirely to never allow anyone to speak to a real human being on the phone?

Is there any way to navigate your help options that doesn't give you a generalized "try this" tutorial that has no room for the nuances of whatever problem you're dealing with?

What exactly is the point of having a phone number you can call if the phone number tells you that the only way to talk to a real person is to go to the website, and then the website tells you that you're not actually allowed to talk to a real person?

You can request a call back at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see that option, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

The nightmare continues. I have now spoken to 3 customer service representatives and the call keeps getting dropped before my issue is resolved. I asked the most recent representative how I can continue talking to the person who was helping me resolve the
issue without re-explaining everything. The last person I spoke to said the only way to do that was if the customer service representative called me back. So far no one has. Once again how can a company that claims to be a technology company not have a system
in place to continue speaking with the person assisting me? A ticket number or phone number to call back without going through the whole phone tree again. These are simple solutions that are used by other much less "sophisticated" companies. Microsoft is a
joke.

The customer service at Microsoft really sucks. I've been a loyal xbox customer since the launch of the original xbox. I've had many issues before and was resolved fairly easy but my latest interaction with customer service was by far the worst. First of
all they want to put a $400 dollar hold on your card for an issue that is clearly a factory defect. Next you have customer service representative that speak to you in a facetious manner rushing me off the phone. I asked to speak to a supervisor that wasn't
any help either. I CAN SEE WHY PEOPLE RATHER PAY THE EXTRA MONEY GO TO PLAY STATION.
