Is there any other way to get into contact with the enforcement team

edit: Recording ANYTHING from this game gets you banned.

I recorded a clip of a game called AGONY. i would understand if there was nudity in said clip but i cannot recall there being anything ban worthy in it to begin with.
The clip in question was me walking into a checkpoint and i thought "wow, that was pretty messed up! let me show my friends" as any normal person does when something happens in a game. not even 2 mintues later i recieved 2 STRIKES on my account and a 2 day ban.

This was my first offense since 2020 and they refuse to speak to me or even let me appeal, there isn't even a button todo so and of course when you try to speak to someone the AI assitant just diverts you away like you're a criminal or they push your towards some call center.

If you don't want people recording M rated game clips then stop selling M rated games in your store. i would understand if it was something racist but it was literally me just enjoying a game i purchased from YOUR STORES
