    Last month I used xbox game pass to try out forza horizon 5. And after playing around 4 hours in a span of a week in a half I decided to buy the premium edition. And it was working great after I installed it but then after a week of purchasing it. I experienced an error message that said servers are unavailable and I assumed it was a standard server issue. So I closed it and tried my other games like halo mcc and gears of war ultimate collection. And they weren't having any server problems whatsoever and that's when I contacted xbox support and forza support. Ford's support just ignored me entirely and sent a bot response. So after talking to multiple xbox techs and trying every troubleshoot option, a representative concluded that it was an in game issue and a refund would be advised but he had no power to do so. Once again I tried forza support to no avail and got the same bot response and all this took 11 days following my purchase so I requested a refund and they responded a day before the deadline of 14 days but the request said denied. But most of my playtime was from xbox pass as I only got 9 hours of total playtime and 5 of those hours was after the purchase. Now I'm stuck with an $79.99 game that doesn't work, each time I start it up it says servers unavailable and when I try to play anyway I notice all my purchased content has disappeared, the cars are in my garage but it says it hasn't been purchased and when I try to go to the marketplace the game crashes. And when I try any race none of my progress is saved and I don't get achivements anymore since the glitch.

    I've tried that on multiple attempts but I never received a response after replying to the email. And its been a entire month now of not receiving a response for any of my refund requests.

    You can try replying to the email you received denying the refund to speak to the refund specialists, but otherwise, that is the only way to get a refund.

    Digital refunds are typically only available if you have purchased the game within the past 14 days and have played less than 2 hours. Otherwise, there is no way to refund or get credit for digital purchases.

    You cannot transfer to another account. Transfering digital games between 2 accounts will not be possible. Only way of getting it on the other account is if you request a refund and purchase it on the other account. Try going here for the refund Request
