Discus and support is there any other way to get a hold of Xbox enforcement, my account is messed think they... in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; i was banned back in 2008, not sure why as i contacted Xbox at the time and they could not find a reason. they they where not able to unban me. now...     i was banned back in 2008, not sure why as i contacted Xbox at the time and they could not find a reason. they they where not able to unban me. now that they are combining everything the ban is affects my Microsoft account more and more. i go to log on the enforcement page and i get instantly logged out so i am not able to submit a appeal. i have contacted support again recently, they still can't find a reason i was banned. i don't care about my xbox account anymore but i need my email as it is used for everything. deleting my xbox account also deletes my email, asked if i can change the email so i can delete the account but apparently it needed to be unbanned to do anything with the account

    A case review/appeal is the only way to contact the enforcement team. They will not review a ban that is over 12 months old.

    How to download present

    You could create another account to get the code and hold onto the code until Christmas. Other then that I don't think there is any way to do so.

    A case review would be the only way to contact them. If there is not an option for that, then all you can do is wait it out.

    While games are rated M, anything you do on the service is not rated and must remain E for everyone. Therefore, profanity is not allowed on the service.
