    Hi there, I would removed the passwords from the console remotely by using the steps at the following link:

    support.xbox.com/.../manage-sign-in-preferences

    This way you at least know they can't automatically sign-in to the console without the actual information so that should give you some piece of mind that they can't access it. Secondly I would contact Xbox phone support and see if they can help you change
    the email address on the account to free up the want you'd like to continuing using.

    As you've stated, there is no way to change the password yourself without the 360 console so phone support might be your only option:

    I have the same problem, but I managed to notice that I was signed into a weird account, log out and log in to my actual account, now I can't install/play any of the EA stuff, and without knowing the credentials I can't log back in, or unlink the accounts (to re-link to my actual account)

    Sorry for the confusion, we need to check if you can sign in on your Xbox profile without any issues. Once you can sign in without any error try to sign in on the Xbox App again.

    By the way, make sure that your windows is up to date.

    Well it wasn't that, but last night I had a solid 8 hours connection. Woke up this morning, it connects to Xbox Live without being signed in, then I try to sign in and it tells me i Can't Sign In because a problem occurred while signing in?
