    Is there another place to get help on Battlefield 1?


    EA keeps giving me the run-around. Eight months in, and when I call in with a known problem, they start out with "did you unplug it and plug it back in"? Yes, I did this like 2 years ago. Can we move on to more meaningful interventions? Last thing where
    we left off is clearing the alternate MAC address.

    Does this happen on any other game?

    Have you used the xbox accessories app to troubleshoot your controller?

    Have you tried re-installing the game? Save data will be kept separate to game file.

    Have you power cycled your console?

    The more info you give us, we can narrow down a possible fix for you
