No. Support no longer uses email. You would have to request a call back or chat with them at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

This is because if ita account related they cannot spend days waiting for you to validate who you are its something that has to be done live

Xbox have basically stopped using email for Support for quite a while.

My Xbox One S controller is a Micro USB and would presume the original Xbox One controller would be the same.

If you can, please go back and edit your post to remove your personal info "email address" from your last post.

Each account will have it's own unique sign in email address and gamer tag.

The "pillow" gamer tag is tied to that email address.

Your other gamer tag "snowcat" is going to be tied to another email address. So that's going to be the trick is to see if you can find what email address you might have used for the "snowcat" account.
