    I had an Microsoft account I made a long time ago, and a long time ago I gave a code away and got it taken. I contacted Microsoft Support, they did nothing but suspend the account indefinity because they did notice fraudulent actions. They didn't try to listen to me and I had no say in trying to get my account back. They closed my account on Wed 5/24/2023 8:16 AM. I just want someone to help me that will help me.

    I noticed that you are unable to log in to your account.



    When it comes to account recovery/identity verification, the process is a bit rigid on purpose for security reasons and there's little anyone at support could do to help.

    But I will provide the information and guidance you need to know.



    You mentioned that the support staff closed your account when they did in 2023, so the problem is actually more serious than you think lol, my friend.



    Microsoft accounts are completely unrecoverable when they are confirmed closed.

    I was going to provide you with some process and advice on how to recover your account, but when I read this line, I realized that I can't help you. Because no one can open which accounts have been closed.



    I sympathize with you my friend, there is no longer any way to recover this account, you will have to create a new Microsoft account to use it.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    This means that the Microsoft account that you're trying to add as an alias already has an Xbox profile linked to it.

    According to Xbox Support:

    "Note Email addresses and phone numbers that are already set up as an alias on another account can’t be used."
