No why would there be

Only pc and consoles have insiders programs because they are ms oses

Windows insiders and xbox insiders

You can search insiders hub on the xbox store

You need to have it installed on a PC or a xbox because that's how you register your console

Having the app on pc also lets you register and unregister for xbox since settings has its own insiders settings

If not, for this purpose you can share mobile data via wifi hotspot and connect the console in that way

By the way, are you using an insider build / beta OS on your console?
And, do you have USB accessories connected to it?

i dont know about the xbox insider

no I dont use any external storage

I tried updating with the mobile hotspot but it didnt work either

Inside the Xbox mobile app, if you go to the app settings > scroll down to the bottom > you should be able to see the "share feedback" option
