hi, i dont know if i can even do this but im trying to transfer my xbox credentials and user to another microsoft account. ive recently made the switch to pc and still want to play gamepass games however i dont have full access to the parent account my xbox account is under (my mam made it for me when i was 8, im 21 now, and has forgotten the password and doesnt have access to the email) is there any way to transfer account info ive got alot of games purchased, friends, achievements and such associated with this account and dont want to lose it all. any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Nothing can be transferred between accounts.

The license transfer tool is to transfer your licenses to another console in case you get a new console, not to transfer licenses between accounts. There is no way to transfer digital licenses to another account.

oh, and there is no way to transfer dlc, microsoft points, or content licenses from one account to another. in rare cases xbox support may transfer a subscription to another account.
