Is there a way to transfer a pre order bonus I got to an account I play the game on?

As the question says I pre ordered a game and for whatever reason I decided to play it on another account purely to have a name that matched. Because of this I can’t use the pre order set which is rare. I was wondering if there’s a way for the pre order bonus to be moved from the account I have it on to the other.

It's honestly annoying because why have a pre-order bonus with no set release date, or no existence of the pre-order bonus. No one seems to have it on either systems. I mean, i can be a jerk and say I don't need it since I originally purchased USFIV on PS4
when it was standalone, but if people paid eagerly for that pre-order bonus digitally and got nothing, then it is false advertisement..and also a waste of time for anyone/everyone that pre-ordered it. I was told to post here. Seems to be that most likely did
nothing. Which is ridiculous cause if you go to the store, Super Street Fighter IV + Ultra Upgrade is there plain to see. We know Ultra exists in the store. Stop playing games with a bonus

if you download the game within 2 weeks of release you get the pre order bonus'. Obviously the bonus' need to be game specific, not store specific....(pre order BF4 from Gamestop you got dogtags etc)

I got my code for the pre-order bonus but when I redeemed it following the instructions, it went to my xbox 360 account instead of xbox one. I purchase the xbox one game.

As far as i know only the account that pre ordered the game will get any pre ordered bonus's which is why you get the "installation stopped" message on the other account.
