Is there a way to transfer a Minecraft account from a parent's email to a child's email

Nothing can be transferred between accounts.

It is easy

First goto accounts.microsoft.com and sign in with the parental email

Goto manage child accounts

Then remove the said child account email

Then signin on the child account then assign an new parental email

Sorry but that content can not be transfered between accounts. Its just not possible!

Also you can not delete a parent account. You can shut down the email address, but that does not delete the account. In most cases the parent account is just an email address a password used by parents to give permission to their child to access Xbox Live.

you will not see that option if your account isn't over 18

and no there is no way to force the promote child account

not even by changing the age of the live account or the email or replacing the email with a parental email that just puts the new email under the parental account controling your account

you can indeed transfer money from a parental account to a child account, can be done accidentally too, not sure if there is a way to transfer back as child account cannot transfer money.
