Xbox ambassador Smwutches posted a solution to a user who had a similar issue:

"The saves are stored on the cloud. So any games you're playing that are Play Anywhere or support cross-saves will automatically sync your save from the PC when you start them on the Xbox. Otherwise, you can't transfer the saves. "

Unfortunately in this case, the game Borderlands 2 is not an Xbox Play Anywhere which means it is not possible to transfer the saved data from Mac to the Xbox console.

You can check your games if it has an Xbox Play Anywhere on Xbox Store under "Capabilities"

If you backed up the save file to a flash drive or the Cloud, you could boot up the Xbox 360 game on another console and use the in-game process to transfer it from there, but aside from that there's no way to export the file to the Xbox One version.

You want to transfer The Save Files?

You can't transfer games from your Xbox 360 to your Xbox One.

On Storage you have a Drive that it's your cloud and you can transfer your save files.

Then on your Xbox One download the games (that are backwards compatible)

Well, you can't transfer from gamertag to gamertag, if thats what you want to do.

A easy way to transfer files for any game is to transfer the data from the hard drive on Xbox 360 A to the cloud, as your cloud saves are just stored on the internet. Then, on Xbox 360 B you simply retrieve your gamertag and then transfer the data from you
cloud to Xbox 360 B's hard drive. Then play!

System Update Recommend Transferring all game saves and files to external hard drive and using the working internal hard drive as a back up drive that way the game saves and files are portable and you don't lose any data from the internal hard drive.
