    Is there a way to tell if an Xbox One is opted in for Insider builds without using the Hub?


    As per the title is there a way to check if my Xbox is opted in for Insider builds and what ring I'm in without using the Hub? My Xbox One X is only showing a black screen now so I can't use it to find out if it is opted in for Insider builds.

    You should be able to opt out of the Insider program using the Xbox Insider Hub app on your console.

    Regarding the forced persistance of this preview program.

    Hi there! Did you opt out via the Insiders Hub app on the Xbox console?

    I know that's the only way to fully opt out correctly. You will still get updates, but only when they are pushed to retail. :)

    Is it possible a different account on your Xbox One enrolled into Xbox Insiders? If so, try signing in with that and access the insider hub from that account to opt out.

    You need to opt out then unistal Minecraft then re install

    It's easy to opt out, open up the Xbox Insider Hub app, go to settings on the landing page and manage device's and, highlight the console, select done and it will remove you from the program and you should get a download taking you back to a public OS
