    I'm having a issue with a controller. I'm under warranty on a device that started to break so I sent it in to be repaired but it was sent back to me in worse shape. I've contacted support and made several attempts to get this fixed only to get get promises of callbacks that never come and also being hung up after being put on hold or just outright hang up on me. I'd like to know who I could speak with to either get this resolved or if legal recourse is my only option?

    I've actually done all those methods. I have been calling all day to only get hung up on. They won't even allow me to speak to a supervisor. Everytime I try they hang up. I have all these things recorded as well if someone would like to listen. This has been such a strain and such frustration has built as I've spend hours and I mean alot of hours trying to have this resolved. So if there is any information regarding a legal team I could be directed too would be much help. Support is giving me so support this is my only option is legal action unfortunately.

    Just a side note too I can show all my xbox products over the years I put a fair amount of money into xbox. When all my friends left for playstation I stayed. But now more than ever all I wish I had was a playstation and this whole ordeal sadly will be the thing that pushes me into playstations arms. I paid alot of money for these things only to be mistreated rudely by customer support and nothing to be done or attempted.
