Is there a way to sort out my account constantly being suspended for things that happened...

Enforcement actions are not always issued based in your latest activity.

Unfortunately no one here including Microsoft customer support is capable to assist you with suspensions or enforcement actions.

Because is not possible to access to your account and enforcement details.

The only way to do it is via this site: https://enforcement.xbox.com/ there you can view your enforcement history or start a case review if applicable.

PS: 48 hours suspensions can't be appealed because the enforcement team takes up to 72 hours to review your ticket

I have been signed out 23 times in one hour is it due to the new betas dropping connections for live never happened b4 today says live is ok i think not..........

Also having this issue, I have tried clearing system cache, I've tried deleting and re-downloading profile, I've tried deleting and re-downloading dashboard update, I've tried changing my password, I've edited settings on my router and completely disabled
the hardware firewall - still signs me out any time I start up a game no matter which of my 30+ games I choose from.

I've already sunk over 2 hours into this embarrassing and regrettable issue, all 7 other online consoles and both gaming PCs can do whatever I ask of them, without any static.

Hi there, if you're experiencing sign-outs when starting up games or apps then delete the profile from the console (profile only), clear the system cache, restart the console and re-download the profile.

Delete and re-download profile:
support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

Clear system cache:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

Also with the recent announcements at E3 the Xbox Live service is struggling with everyone trying to download newly released apps, get into the preview program etc. If your issue continue after 24hrs then create a new thread.
