    Is there a way to see an Organizer email for a family?


    When I was forced to sync my Microsoft and Mojang accounts it suddenly said I wasn't able to play multiplayer anymore. When I went to my Microsoft Account homepage it said I was a member of a family. When I went to my dad for him to remove me, he said he wasn't aware of this and that he has no idea what account the family would be registered under. I am 100% certain the family is managed by him because my account page says the Organizer is his name.

    Is it possible to see the email of the family organizer? I don't need the full account information, just the email so he can log in.

    You can't seee the email account of the family organizer, but the name must let you know who that person is, that person should log into the family site with his email

    Thank you Josef, that is very helpful. Since I can’t change the account in the way I had hoped, may I use another Microsoft account to serve as a family organizer? Even if I can’t change the email address on my sons account, he still shouldn’t be the family organizer at age 8. Can I use a different Microsoft account and transfer the family organizer title to that account so I can use the parental controls for him?

    Multiplayer is turned off because of how account is set up.

    Oh, I see. No worries, once you've added the account as a member of the family successfully, you should be able to change the settings using the organizer's email.
