    Is there a way to remove your account from another Xbox One?


    Unfortunately, I was hacked awhile back, but I received refunds for the purchases made. I was concerned about this and immediately removed all payment methods from my account and now I stick to either getting a gift card or buying a game on disc. I was wondering
    if there was a way to remove my account from another Xbox.

    Xbox is telling me to get Gold even though I have it?

    Another way to attempt to fix this, is to remove the account from the xbox in settings->accounts-> remove accounts. After that is removed login with that gametag again to force the console to fetch your live subscription data. In rare cases your Xbox account and live account will lose sync.

    If your profile is on another xbox one console the only way to remove it from that particular console is to be at that console itself to remove it you can change your password on your account at account.live.com and then if they try and sign into your account
    on their console it will ask for the new password and if they don't know the new password then they wont be able to access your account on their console.

    Hello again, i get it, unfortunately there is no way for you to remove Live Gold from one account and pass it on to another, in this case you will really have to remember which email Microsoft put on Xbox and made the purchase of your subscription.

    If you remove account from one Xbox One it won't be removed from another :) You'll need to remove them individually.

    As my other colleagues have said, there is no way to remotely remove your account from another Xbox. We recommend you change your password so that they can not access it.
